MadeMe X LeSportsac Collaboration Collection

While LeSportsac’s everyday bags have seen a fair share of collaborations with brands like Stella McCartney and Tokidoki over the years, this all-new capsule collection with MadeMe will definitely appeal to fans of streetwear.

Coined as the brand made by women for women, MadeMe is based in New York and was created by Erin Magee in 2007. For those who don’t already know, Erin is also the director of development and special projects for Supreme, which means she’s totally familiar with creating IT-products that will sell out in no time at all. Which, by the way, has already happened for a number of products in the MadeMe x LeSportsac collaboration.

Expect to find bags in an array of colours and patterns which start from USD50 for the Mini Backpack or the Mini Duffle, going upwards to a roomier Belt Bag (USD75). Other options include the Clutch Trio (USD125) which is pretty cool coming in a combination of 3 different pouches – Small (22 cm by 16 cm), Medium (28 cm by 18 cm) and Large (36 cm by 28 cm), which you can detach and use on their own, or just use them as a set.

As for those who love a bigger piece, that’s where the Shopper (USD195) comes in. Taking inspiration from market bags found in Asia, they are uniquely finished for this collaboration, with wool plaid patterns or glittery sparkles that’s coated with a PVC or vinyl overlay respectively – at a price point that’s pretty difficult to say no to.

You will be able to find pieces available at Mademe’s online store, which does ship to Singapore, or over on HBX where a curated selection is still available.
