Cute doesn’t quite cut it in describing Longchamp’s upcoming collaboration with Clo’e Floirat, because there’s always a bit of wit and humour in her works, one that’s clearly evident in the whimsical prints she has created with the French luxury house. It’s bold, bright and totally fun, with three distinct categories spread across Longchamp’s bestselling Le Pliage line of bags, even extending to accessories and SLGs, so there’s definitely something for everyone.

The first features a pack of dogs in vivid colours (do you spot the balloon dog?) walking with their owners on the Le Pliage Club (a line that comes with contrasting leather trim and button) bag. Prices start from SGD245 for the Top Handle S and goes up to SGD595 for largest piece, the Travel Bag. The whimsical print also appears on a large silk scarf (SGD485) that’s equally lovely.

The second line focuses on a red dachshund with its big googly eyes staring right at you. Expect to find a purse and pouch priced SGD80 and SGD100 respectively, with added options like a small silk scarf (SGD135) and umbrella (SGD325) just to complete the entire look. Then there are the assorted bits and bobs, from dog collar and leash sets (SGD270) to key rings (SGD155) just for the fun of it.

Always affordable, always fun, the collection will launch in Longchamp boutiques globally from 6 November 2018, with Singapore getting a select number of pieces a week ahead, so if you would like to get in early, you know what to do.
