Ladies and gentlemen, mark your calendars for 19 October, because Hermès’ exclusive Carré Club is finally coming to Singapore for a 3 day event over at 3 Lady Hill Road. All about the celebration and exploration of Hermès’ emblematic silk scarves (or affectionately known as carré), each guest will check in and receive a membership card (Carré Check) that allows you to go through all 9 concept rooms to experience the magical harmony of craftsmanship, heart and heritage of the beloved scarf.

Upon checking in, you can hop into the photo booth decked out with custom filters and graphics that’s perfect for all your IG photos. Enter Carré Studio, an on-site atelier which provides an authentic setting for carré artisans and designers to create these works of art live in real time. Besides artisans who are flying in from France is Singapore’s very own very own artist-embroiderer Izziyana Suhaimi (whose interest lies in exploring traditional craftsmanship with modern art and popular culture) who will be in attendance as well. Moving on, Carré Cut is a temple of beauty and transformation which offers makeovers like getting manicures in a plethora of carré colours.

And if you’re hungry (and when is one ever not?), stop by the beautifully decked Carré Cafe to sip and snack, furnished with retro arcade games for you to enjoy as well. Then, there’s Carré Stories which carries on the old-school theme of the cafe by offering members an opportunity to listen to recorded messages via a retro telephone booth.

By now, you would’ve seen ladies singing Lovefool by The Cardigans in Hermès’ Carré-Ok campaign, and you too can sing along in the Carré-Ok room panelled with colourful carré scarves – just grab 3 of your friends and belt out your favourite tunes. And when you get hoarse, you can dance at Carré Disco next door that’s decked out with a square disco ball playing cool tunes for guests to enjoy the night away.

The 8th ‘stop’ includes Carré Park – a cool skate ramp for you to skate away on if you actually know how. Last but by no means least, Carré Mania – a gift shop that gives you a chance to get your hands on exclusive souvenirs including the special edition Carré Club silk bandana (including the one shown right above in this post).

Held from 19 to 21 October 2018 at 3 Lady Hill Road, admission to Hermès Carré Club is free and open to public, but if you prefer to get priority access just head over here to sign up. Access to the pop-up has been planned for you as well. Just hop onto the Carré-Van at taxi stands over at Liat Towers or Plaza Singapura which runs services to the pop-up every 15 minutes.
