ORDER/DISORDER: Converse X Undercover Chuck 70 Collection

Undercover has a thing for labelling pieces in its collections with 2 contradictory words. Previously it was ‘chaos’ and ‘balance’ that were found on its bags, tees, and even on Converse’s Jack Purcell back in 2016 where the words were found on the sneaker’s iconic toe smile.

This year, Undercover has unveiled an all-new collaboration with Converse, where Jun Takahashi has specifically applied elements from his Fall-Winter 2018 collection of Order/Disorder onto the Chuck 70 low-top sneaker. Each pair comes in a vintage canvas upper with four contrasting colour ways, Black, Buttercup, Racing Red or White to choose from, expounding on Undercover’s dystopian approach to contrast through its application of materials and colours.

Paired with silver hardware and tonal laces, the key feature of the Undercover x Converse Chuck 70 collection lies in the words ‘order’ and ‘disorder’ which can be found printed on both sides of the sneaker’s high-gloss toe box. Hot off the heels of the celebrated Undercover x Nike React Element 87, this coveted line-up (SGD180 each) will drop on September 25 at Club 21 Forum (#01-07/08/09). And if you’d like to join the priority queue to get exclusive access to the sneaker before the queue opens to the public at 12 pm, head over here to register to shop, where you will gain access to shop from 10.30 am to 12 noon. In other words, you’d better hurry, as registration closes on 23 September 11 pm. #ConverseByUndercover
