Cult Gaia Bangles

From an RTW line to creating hipper-than-hip bags like the Ark, Cult Gaia has definitely come a long way since its creation in 2012 by Jasmin Larian. One of their guiding work ethos? Creating show-stopping pieces that make you look twice, because that’s exactly what we did when we came across their all-new bangles, which are new additions to their jewellery line, another new pillar for the label.

Available in either acrylic or rattan, these chunky bangles are eye-catching and can be worn on your wrists or even stacked higher up on your arm thanks to its structural silhouette and open-faced construction. Made to resemble real stone, the acrylic pieces are especially on-trend, such as Osiris in amber that features a translucent orange hue and Anna which emulates the blue sodalite crystal to perfection. And of course you can’t miss out the ones that are woven from bamboo (look for Becca and Rosa), pieces that pay homage to the label’s Ark bag that’s made from 100% bamboo.

These bangles form the alphabets ‘C’ and ‘G’ if you rotate them around (which is pretty cool) in a subtle nod to Cult Gaia’s initials. Some of them are available in 2 sizes, Small and Large, or chunky and chunkier, but are priced exactly the same, so if you’re all about getting more bang for your buck, you know what to do. Priced at USD88 for the rattan bracelets and USD128 for the ones in acrylic, you can head over to Cult Gaia’s e-store to order a piece or two (or even three, no one’s stopping you really) and get it shipped internationally over to you for an extra USD48.
