It has been a busy few months for new Creative Director Riccardo Tisci over at Burberry. There’s an upcoming collaboration with fashion doyenne Vivienne Westwood that’s due out in December, a new store revamp has kicked off with their boutique at Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue and most recently, he unveiled both a new monogram (shown above) and a new logo. Created in collaboration with famed graphic designer Peter Saville, the monogram, known as the TB, is inspired by the founder Thomas Burberry.
The logo, on the other hand, has become rigid and sleek, basically an all-caps serif-less logo that echoes what all the other luxury houses have been gravitating towards in recent branding revamps. What do you think?
