It has been a year since Gucci launched its eclectic Home Décor Collection, a range that was limited to a select few boutiques worldwide. And while Singapore wasn’t on that list last time around, the good news is the wait is finally over, with the collection set to be launched in Singapore come 1 July 2018.

Launched to coincide with Gucci Paragon’s newly revamped space, it is truly a luxurious collection that includes everything from lush floral teapots to intricate vases and even those plush velvet chairs that are guaranteed to add talking points to your home.

A testament to Gucci’s commitment to craftsmanship, the pieces will showcase the best of Italian crafts. The vases, for example, are made by Richard Ginori, a company that has fine expertise in porcelain-making. The chairs, specifically the all-new capitonné porter’s chair which comes in leather or velvet and finished with a drawer at the bottom, are made by Tuscan artisans who take up to 64 hours to complete a single piece.

Aside from all-new pieces, familiar favourites have also been expanded and updated. These include the candle holders that are now larger in size, while the green-on-white Herbarium floral print sees all-new additions that include bowls, cups, plates and saucers for that truly complete set.

Something else to look forward to? The decorated folding metal tables which you see right in the middle, which come in varied designs adorned with Gucci’s now iconic signatures. Not forgetting the uber luxe cushions, which frankly will be so hard to resist. Teddy bear cushion, anyone?
