Ladies, if you’ve always been a fan of Chloé’s Nile Minaudière but find the price on the high side, I’ve got some pretty good news for you. See by Chloé, Chloé’s diffusion line that caters to the younger set, has an all-new bag that comes in a similar half moon shape but priced lower.

Simply known as the Half Moon, the bag measures 21 cm at its widest, but the half moon-shaped body means only the absolute essentials will be able to fit within. I’m guessing lip balm/lipstick, a cardholder and an iPhone X tops. Space constraints aside, the bag is a true gem. Firstly, it comes in full grained leather, which makes it one that won’t fall apart after one season. Secondly, it comes in 2 colours, Black and Taupe, both easy neutrals that will go with practically everything. They also come with just the right amount of bling; the brushed gold-tone metal hardware provides a nice contrast.

Thirdly, the bag’s half moon edges are embellished with 14 eyelets all over (yes, I counted) with the two outermost ones attached to an adjustable belt-style shoulder strap that features Chloé’s signature larger hoop hardware. Aside from carrying it over the shoulder or across the body for that hands-free look, you can also tie it around your waist and wear it like a belt bag.

Snap the magnetic flap closure shut, turn the bag around, and you will find an extra card slot at the back that’s perfect for an EZ-Link card or your apartment’s magnetic access card.
