Home is truly where the heart is. And that’s exactly what Louis Vuitton did by opening this new flagship that is the Maison Louis Vuitton Vendôme right in the heart of Paris. A sweet homecoming as well, this was also the place where the young Louis Vuitton opened his first store over 160 years ago.

Housed within a massive space that will offer everything from the universe of Louis Vuitton, you’ll find accessories, bags, fragrances, jewellery, leather goods and RTW, as well as artisanal workshops and private viewing galleries. In other words, this is the only Louis Vuitton you’ll need to visit if you’re in Paris to shop till you drop.

Located at 2 Place Vendôme, it is a beautiful marriage of two buildings, the Hotel Baudet de Morlet and Hotel Heuze de Vologer that have been combined and restored to their former glory by the architect Peter Marino. Along with modern furnishings that have been used to complement its original 18th century grandeur, think high ceilings opened up with the use of glass that allows the space to be filled with light, artisanal wall coverings and beautiful parquet/stone floorings that must have been one of LV’s most expensive renovations to date.

Walking through Maison Louis Vuitton Vendôme you’ll also get to experience a well-curated space that’s filled with beautiful historical trunks, contemporary art and paintings. In other words, if you have that Paris trip lined up soon, make this THE stop before you head to anywhere else.
