Chanel: #ParisCosmopolite Ephemeral Boutique Now Open At MBS!

Yes, ladies, the day you’ve been waiting for has finally arrived. Chanel officially opens its first-ever Ephemeral Boutique in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands tomorrow. A unique pop-up store that will span 3 distinct collections till October 2017, the first one focusses on the #ParisCosmopolite collection with the 3000 sq ft store jazzed up in the collection’s signature colour palette of Beige, Black, Gold and White. Once you step in you’ll find the space divided into 4 distinct rooms, one dedicated to tweed, another to evening wear, the third devoted to knitted outerwear, with the final room a tribute to Gabrielle Chanel.

Featuring pieces from the current Métiers d’art collection, look closely and you’ll find detailed embroidery/embellishments on everything from RTW to bags and accessories, from gorgeous floral handwork to the expert use of feathers and pearls by various craft ateliers that exist under the patronage of Chanel.

And as the name ‘ephemeral’ suggests – this themed boutique will only be opened till mid-August 2017 before two more collections take its place in this exclusive pop-up.
