Following the success of last year’s Dark Night Tempête, Belgium luxury house Delvaux is back this year with another limited edition ‘jelly’ offering, this time in the iconic style of the Brillant. Dubbed the Hero, this whimsical bag is quite literally, plastic fantastic, with the numbers 1829 emblazoned boldly across the green-tinted vinyl, the result of many layers of PVC thermally soldered together.

The end result is a structured ‘party bag’ that will take you from the beach to the grocery store with ease, a bag that’s big enough for that swimsuit, suntan lotion and other beach essentials of yours, along with supermarket goodies for the night’s dinner. Slightly larger than last year’s Dark Night Tempête, it comes topped with a two-toned canvas sling that’s long enough that you could even sling across the body.
