I figured, since I already showcased both the iconic Kelly Double Tour and the Rivale Double Tour on Sunday, I might as well complete the job and feature 4 of my all-time favourite pieces from French luxury house Hermès.
Besides the two mentioned earlier, the other two would be the Collier de Chien and the Extrême, which are indeed extremes in a sense from the former two. Definitely chunkier on the wrist, it’s also wise to just wear one on either wrist (yes, either and not both, please). What’s more exciting? They now all come in rose-gold plated variations, from the Swift leather in in creamy Chalk (Extrême) to the Collier de Chien in Swift Mallard.
What I am really waiting for is for them to come out in grained Epsom calfskin, definitely more hardy for a clumsy oaf for me, which is already the case for both the KDT and the RDT. Something else to note: there was a downward price adjustment for some of product lines within Hermes this year, and it seems that as far as the GBP and USD prices went, they did go down as well for Collier de Chien, Extrême and the RDT, which you can compare against the post I did last year.
Prices aside though, what of the above do you really, really want for yourself this Christmas?
