You’ve already read about the Hugo Boss Small Bespoke Bag, a new F/W15 offering that while I wouldn’t exactly call cute, is adorable in its own way. Today we’ve turning the spotlight over to her bigger sister, the Medium Bespoke Bag. Measuring some 32 cm by 24 cm, this smooth calf leather bag that’s crafted in Italy is a worthy contender for OLs (or office lady) looking for a suitable workhorse of a bag.

Featuring streamlined stitched edges that give it that sharp, no-nonsense finish (which in a way, is reminiscent of how polished Hugo Boss suits are), it comes with a short top handle as well as a long detachable shoulder sling which will always come in useful especially when the bag is full and you need to be handsfree in order to shop those after work sales.

Available in a wide variety of colours (Black, Blue and Red, for starters), there’s also a variation in wool felt suede that’s a personal favourite of mine. Priced from SGD2200 for the ones in Medium (they will come with an additional luggage tag hot-stamped with your initials if you so wish), you can now check them out at Hugo Boss boutiques islandwide.

You’ll also be able to personally bespoke your Bespoke Bag, which is an additional service offered this season. Let me explain. Available in patent colourways (Black, Ink Blue, Tan, Taupe and Wild Rose), you get to pick the colour and the colour of the hardware it will come in, be it Ice Gold or Shiny Palladium. And then there’s the addition of metal block letters featuring your initials, which you can place on the front of the bag if you so wish. Taking up to 8 weeks for your bag to be personally crafted, this would also make a good festive gift idea for those of you whose womenfolk wouldn’t mind starting the year with a personalised bag to call her own.
