Burberry: The Scarf Bar

Logically, it makes a lot of sense. If you can personalise everything from bags to wallets to shoes these days, why not your scarves. And it’s with that exact premise that Burberry has launched The Scarf Bar, a new service that’s available now both online and in stores.

Featuring only cashmere (and lightweight cashmere) scarves that are all made in Scotland, with over 100 colours and designs to choose from, along with threads in another 30 hues to personalise your monogram with, allowing you to choose from up to 3 letters and between 2 distinct font sizes. All in all, a daunting (but fun) experience while you decide on the combination that’s best for you or your loved one.

Priced from SGD825 and up (depending on the final design and monogramming combo you decide on), you’ll get your order mailed to you in 10 days max, or choose to pick up your order at a Burberry boutique near you. And for those who think checks are too plebeian for your taste, there are scarves that also come adorned with hearts, in plain solid hues or camouflage-printed, guaranteeing something for everyone.

And before I go, here’s the accompanying video which runs more like a Visit Scotland travelogue, complete with flowing rivers and rolling hills. Either way, I’m sold. Enjoy.
