Into its second year and growing ever bigger is Tod’s ongoing digital project, ‘Dots Of Life‘, which has seen trendsetters and influencers from the world over offering up selfies of them in their Gommino loafers. For 2015, Tod’s has restructured the campaign to include a series of interesting monthly themes, from ‘Gommino and Friends‘ (one that’s dedicated to your favourite loafers and man’s best friend, which could be your dog, or cat, or anything really that you would consider a pet) for the month of May, to June’s ‘Driving Dots‘ (a campaign that’s dedicated to automobiles and your driving shoe) and lastly, ‘Colour Dots‘ (yes, it’s all about colours) for July.
And because it’s never just about Tod’s own trendsetters and influencers, members of the public (or in this case, anyone with a mobile phone and a pair of Tod’s loafers) are also welcome to contribute their own snapshots. You can do it one of two ways. Either upload it directly onto Tod’s digital platform using this link, or just post it on your own Instagram with the hashtags #todsgommino and #dotsoflife.
What’s more, snapshots deemed most worthy will be selected by Tod’s for the title of ‘Gommino Of The Day‘, which presumably should mean getting featured on both the online platform and their Instagram account for a chance at digital longevity, which can’t be all that bad either, right?
