Bulgari BVLGARI ROMA Pendant

bulgari_bvlgari-roma-pendant1 It’s a natural reflex now of mine to almost instantly have my eyes glazed over whenever another luxury house launches something new to commemorate yet another anniversary, because it’s becoming quite the norm lately, especially with so many houses over a hundred years old. And if isn’t something new to launch the founding of the house, it’s an anniversary to celebrate a specific line within the house, which can range from anything like bags to jewellery or fragrances, most of which are executed so insipidly you’ll wish they didn’t even bother in the first place.

bulgari_bvlgari-roma-pendant2 Which brings us to Bulgari’s BVLGARI ROMA pendant, a new pendant (get ready for this) dedicated to Rome representing the artistic culmination derived from 2700 years of inspiration, specially launched to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic BVLGARI-BVLGARI (what did I already tell you?).

bulgari_bvlgari-roma-pendant3 Thankfully though, it’s also a pendant that’s far from insipid. In fact, it’s a beautifully-crafted piece of fine jewellery no woman should be without. Cast in rose gold and featuring 2 sides (like a coin), you’ll find black onyx set into one side with the other side filled with brilliant pavé diamonds, allowing you to wear the pendant according to how you’re dressed (or how you feel) for the day. It’s so pretty a piece that actually needs no PR backstory, just one that I know women of all ages will cherish for a long time to come.

Priced at SGD5740 in Singapore (and MYR14,700 for those of you residing up north in Malaysia), the Bulgari BVLGARI ROMA Pendant will be available for sale from 1 May 2015.
