In all my years blogging on Bagaholicboy, I dare say I’ve never ever come across a bag like this before. And because it would take something of a madman to come up with something like this, it’s no surprise that Jeremy Scott has done it for Moschino. Part of its S/S15 collection that’s also a nod to its Barbie-themed collection, this is one bag that’s actually waterproof and also one that will probably float with ease if it is ever accidentally dropped into the water.

Measuring some 36 cm by 28 cm, it’s safe to say that the bag will be mostly air, with a zip that runs across the top of the bag that would probably reveal a less than roomy interior. Then again, that won’t be the point of the Moschino Inflatable PVC Shoulder, which was clearly made to be something to have fun with rather than something that’s an actual workhorse.

Priced at GBP475 and now available online via Net-A-Porter, I’m just really curious about one other thing right now. If you order it, and it comes to you in a box, will it already come inflated or would you have to blow it up yourself? Will someone find out and tell me, please?
