Created to celebrate 130 years of Italian marque Bulgari, the Bulgari B.zero1 Roma Ring is also the latest addition to the B.zero1 family of rings that’s officially slated for release this month. Founded back in 1884 in Rome by Sotiro Bulgari, the B.zero1 is also a fittingly appropriate tribute, an icon in her own right that beautifully fuses two Bulgari hallmarks, the Tubogas motif and of course, their distinctive BVLGARI logo.
So what can you expect from this special anniversary tribute? Four bands of bronze-coloured ceramic are encircled by soft pink gold, reminiscent of Roman sunsets. Already a stunning combination in its own right, the ring is also specially engraved with both BVLGARI and ROMA, the latter a tribute to the Italian house’s flagship on via Condotti that’s a stone’s throw from the Spanish Steps.
Priced at SGD2040 and MYR4900 respectively in Singapore and Malaysia, you can view them for yourself at your local Bulgari boutique. And PR spiel aside, I also think it’s one of the most beautiful combinations of ceramic and gold in a B.zero1 that would look good on both sexes.
