In case you weren’t paying attention earlier, these 2 Boy Chanel wallets are still my favourites from the Paris-Edinburgh Métiers d’Art 2013 collection which is still available in Chanel boutiques worldwide. On the top you’ll find the Boy Chanel WOC, which is basically as the abbreviated name describes, a wallet set on a (long) chain. Made of quilted lambskin in contrasting hues, it is also a stunning combination of my two favourite colours on a bag (or an SLG), deep dark green and burnished gold.
On the bottom you’ll find another style I adore, the Boy Chanel Flap Wallet that once opened reveals slots and pockets galore, good for those who need to carry every single card they own in life around on a daily basis. Another stunning combination in black lambskin with quilting in white (or is it silver), the gold Boy Chanel clasp is the ever so lovely finishing touch.
Check out this post for more SLGS from the current Paris-Edinburgh Métiers d’Art 2013 collection, and this if you’re a fan of Chanel’s delicate costume jewellery, also from the same collection. Enjoy.
And before I go, here are 2 more from the above-mentioned collection I’m kinda intrigued by, the brass cut-out minaudière as well as a calfskin flap bag with large stitching detailing. Lovely, no?
