Those of you who visit the blog regularly enough would have seen the De Manta featured previously, a relaxed fabric clutch that’s shaped almost similarly to a manta ray, which would also explain its name.
Previous editions featured on the blog included one that came with dragonfly prints, another had pretty rose petals while one more was streaked in black in an almost tie dye-like pattern. And from the F/W13 collection comes a pair in a stained glass print, one lighter and brighter (shown above), the other much darker and a little more moody.
Measuring 40 cm across at its widest point by 25 cm, I do like how it comes with double zips on the top in a shape that’s pretty unique, definitely a one-of-a-kind clutch in today’s marketplace where everyone else seems to be more intent on doing same-same all the time.
Get the lighter one above via Matches Fashion for around SGD540, and the darker one via Net-A-Porter or On Pedder in Singapore, where it retails for GBP315 and SGD650 respectively.
