A new addition to the Mulberry family (the colour, not the bag), you’ll find a selection of bags in Oxblood, which can be best described as a deep shade of red, almost like burgundy with undertones of purple and brown.
Rich, elegant and a colour that says ‘take me seriously’, as opposed to say, red or pink, you’ll find classics like the Bayswater and the Alexa in Oxblood, along with newbies the Willow Tote and Oversized Clemmie Clutch. My personal favourite, however, has got to be the Small Willow Tote in Oxblood (shown above), the darling 36 cm by 21 cm refined calf leather bag is further enhanced with gold-tone hardware that’s simply divine.
Priced at GBP1250 and available for purchase online via Mulberry, the other thing I adore about the Small Willow Tote, besides its adorable size, is the fact that the zip pouch in the front of the bag is also detachable. Which makes it a great 2-for-1. With a shoulder sling. And extremely cute. And adorable. I did already say that, right?

It is beautiful. I am looking forward to their end of season sale…
Nice color/size/with pouch clutch/strap-this is a steal (like). (FB)
The Oxblood colour is certainly classier than the existing shades of the Willow totes. I hope Mulberry will bring back the Black Forest colour that was used for the Del Rey and Bayswater bags last year.
Yes, that was such a delicious hue, a lighter variation of the current Oxblood.
