Already an icon in its own right, writing most anything about Cartier’s Love collection would be pointless since it’s already loved and adored by one and all. But because this post concerns Cartier’s new Love ring in ceramic, diamonds and gold, I thought it apt to run it here.
Recently released in Singapore and already garnering fans of its own, what’s most special about the new rings is the fact that they can be worn together or separately. Yes, you guessed it, the ring is actually comprised of 3 individual pieces, and as the name suggests, one band in the gold of your choice (pink, or white gold), another band in ceramic (black, or brown ceramic) and lastly, a third band in gold that’s also set with sparkling diamonds.
Priced at SGD7150 and SGD7600 (the one in white gold is a tad pricier), it’s like getting 3 rings for the price of one. Or one ring that actually comes apart and makes 3. Seriously, I’m delirious, so please excuse me while I go fan myself.
For those of you who like me, feel that such delicate rings just don’t sit pretty enough on your fingers, you could consider the Cartier Love Bracelet in pink gold and set with diamonds. Priced at SGD18,500 for a total of 10 diamonds encircling the circumference of the bracelet, the icing on the cake is probably the fact that it comes with its very own solid gold screwdriver that you’ll need to put on or take off the bracelet.
Personally, I’ll be content with the plain yellow gold one (sans diamonds, of course) that sells for SGD7740, but that’s just me. What are you eyeing next from Cartier?
