Because it’s nearly impossible to count the ways we love the Boy (and thus becoming too long a post to write), I thought it best to just show you the new S/S13 campaign, with Alice Dellal reprising her role as the face of the Boy.
Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld and featuring model Jake White as the horse handler, it’s a gorgeous campaign that was likely inspired by archived photographs of Coco Chanel sitting atop a horse with Boy Chapel at her side.
And now for the juicy bit. In Singapore, the selection of Boy Chanel bags you see above will retail from between SGD4430 and SGD6490, depending on the size and finish. Take for example the largest of the lot (first image from the top) that comes in lambskin. Measuring 30 cm by 21.5 cm, that’s priced at SGD6490, also the most expensive of all the ones featured here.
The smallest of the lot (2nd image from the top) measures 15 cm across by 10 cm and costs SGD5810 for the one in exotic galuchat. A simpler version in the same size, in say patent calfskin will retail for SGD4430.
Which one are you eyeing?
