You would have already seen the full leather versions online and in the stores for both men and women, including a black one for the boys and colours as varied as burgundy, fig and metallic gold for the girls. Now check out the one I thought was an urban legend, the one that’s made of paper.
Retailing for GBP175 (yes, that’s almost SGD350 after conversion), you’ll find it online at LN-CC. Measuring 26 cm by 17 cm, it certainly qualifies as one of the wackiest bags this side of F/W12. At least the ones in leather were actually kinda ironic/sartorial and all that, but these ones, in coated paper no less, are perhaps just a tad too literal even for me.
And if you’re looking to buy yourself one online, there’s a green one via Selfridges that retails for GBP475. Mr Porter had one in black, but it has since sold out.
Or just head over Artifact Bag Co. and get yourself the hand-rolled canvas lunch totes in Olive and Khaki for just USD65 a pop. Almost the same thing, but at so much less.

this is art? i think not.
If this is actually real paper and they just print their label on it, for me that is art but not fashion.
I think this is just going way overboard.
the artifact one is really cool. thanks for the heads-up again as usual bb.
Isn’t this irrefutable evidence that fashion has a tendency to go too far?
