Yes, it has been almost 7 months since I first did a post on the Burberry Prorsum Studded Leather Document Case when it was first shown on the runway in Milan, and 7 months on, I’m still thinking about it.
Now as synonymous with Burberry Prorsum as the checks are, studs have been featured in previous collections by Christoper Bailey, so it’s not exactly a new concept. Still, there’s no denying how beautiful it is, the original plain leather document case dipped into a vat full of shiny, golden studs, covering almost every millimetre of it from end to end.
Made in Italy, the clutch (which is also how I’d refer to it) is now available in Singapore and priced at SGD5295 a pop. What’s more, it’s available in 4 different colours, from Black to Dark Marigold, Mushroom and my personal favourite, Oxblood which is stunning in deep red leather covered with rows upon rows of gold studs.
Check them out at Burberry boutiques islandwide, or head online for a closer, detailed look. Or just buy online if you’d like because they do ship internationally, even to Singapore.
And while you’re there, do check out the smaller (but no less gorgeous) Studded iPad Case which comes in 3 colour combinations and comes in at SGD2195.
