The bag I’m about to introduce you guys has been touted as the bag that Italian house Fendi is banking its F/W12 fortunes on, which is not hard to figure out especially with all the celebrities spotted toting it around and all the variations that you can buy in-store now.

This, my friends, is the new Fendi 2Jours, a classically beautiful bag that’s as structured as it is stately.

Until, of course, Keira Knightley comes along and stuffs it beyond recognition, like this. Which is never a good thing in my opinion, but it does prove how generously-sized it is.

Available in two distinct sizes, there’s really nothing to dislike about it as far as my official bag checklist is concerned. Elegant and stately, check. Large and roomy, check. Depending on the colour you pick, serious enough for work, and also casual enough for play, check.

A bag so beautiful that celebrities like Kate Moss, Sarah Jessica Parker and Tilda Swinton (along with Stuff-It-Up-Keira, of course) have been shot by paparazzi carrying their 2Jours totes around town. In good company if you get one yourself? Check.

Depending on the size and variation you pick (from simple grained calfskin to polished exotic alligator/crocodile), you will pay anything from SGD2905 to upwards of SGD32,000, which just means there’s definitely something to suit everyone’s taste (and budget).

Now available at Fendi boutiques in Singapore, all you really need to do is to head down and decide if this elegant handbag is for you, though personally, I like the smaller one better, because it’s easier to handle and a lot more chic.
