Like I’ve mentioned many times before, I’m no expert when it comes to cosmetics, so if you’re looking for credible blogs to check out, you’d probably be better off elsewhere. What I do appreciate, however, are the limited edition collaborations that are launched from time to time, especially when it is one where a fashion house comes together with a beauty company.
And with the Guerlain + Emilio Pucci collection, it’s all that. Pucci’s legendary prints show up, for example, in the bronzer and blusher, contained in a pouch that’s covered with Pucci’s motif. And that’s not all. Drawing inspiration from Pucci’s signature hues, the illuminating powder is made of ‘pearls’ in 6 different colours, packed into a container that’s again distinctly Pucci.
Check out the live demo this Saturday from 11 in the morning at the Guerlain counter in Takashimaya Department Store, where they will also be offering special gifts with purchases. And when you’re done, don’t forget to pop into the Emilio Pucci store on Level 2. Summer is in full swing there with bags and SLGs in the brightest and most colourful of prints.
