One of the most beautiful scarves I’ve seen in a long time comes in the form of these silk twill scarves from the Hermès Madame Cuir collection, which feature most, if not all of the different types of bags available at Hermès. Look closely and you’ll see the Birkin, the Kelly, the Herbag, the list just goes on and on. In other words, a veritable wet dream for yours truly.

Measuring 45 cm by 45 cm, it is one of those pieces you should buy even if you’re not in the habit of wearing scarves, as it is destined to be a collector’s item in the years to come. Available in 4 different colour combinations, the one shown above is obviously my favourite in gorgeous Hermès hues of orange and brown.

Here’s another, in brilliant blues and reds that’s not less alluring. Priced at SGD270 a piece (affordable, no?), they have been released in Singapore though I have a feeling they are probably already sold out by now. Still, no harm heading down to check it out for yourself and perhaps put yourself on the wait list for them.

Yes, they are really worth it. I would know, I managed to get the one in brown and orange and it’s so beautiful! Makes a superb X’mas gift too, if you ask me.
