Here’s your first official look at Chanel’s new S/S12 cabas tote that I already gave you a sneak peek of on Facebook a week ago. Printed with Chanel’s double C motif as well as the legendary address of Coco Chanel, it will be available in 5 different sizes and 4 different colours.

All woven jacquard bags will come with a pair of leather handles and a ribbon intertwined chain, which will allow you to carry in your hand or over your shoulder.

Have a look at the short video (which I think was shot by Karl Lagerfeld himself) and you’ll see how the bag can be worn both ways. As far as I’m concerned, I’m eyeing the one featured in the video, the largest of the lot in lovely Ecru.

No word yet on the prices of the 5 different sizes (so stay tuned for more updates) but it is expected to be released come February 2012 worldwide.
