Every morning without fail I’ll have my cup (or 3) of Nespresso before I start my day. Having been a fan of Nespresso since I got my Citiz Aeroccino back in May 2010, you can say it’s my greatest addiction. Part of the fun of owning a machine yourself is getting the capsules, which come in a wide variety of flavours that you try out before settling on a few favourites.
And I was a happy camper till the Nespresso Pixie came along. Due to be launched tomorrow, the new machine is also Nespresso’s smallest to date, measuring a mere 111 mm across by 235 mm. It is also one of the most affordable, priced at just SGD398. Available in 6 different colours (and 2 finishes), it is also very smart. For example, it will tell you (by way of flashing backlights) when the water level is low and switches itself off after 9 minutes of inactivity.
My only grouse? It does not come built-in with its own milk frother, which is an issue for me because I like my cuppa frothy, but for those who don’t mind, it’s really a non-issue.

Love it… Cute size too. Definitely will get it in the office. I’m with you on the milk frother. So need to buy separately.
Sorry for my ignorance, where can I purchase this in Singapore? Do they sell it at Changi Airport? Thanks…
I don’t think so dude, as far as I know, only at ION Orchard and Takashimaya Department Store in Singapore.
I love nespresso… and this one is so cute.
Ooo thx! The red will fit in perfectly in my home!
Mmm…on my wish list! Pretty affordable, and fits in small apartments’ kitchens
Love love love it! But is it purely an espresso maker or are lattes possible?
Love it! You could just buy the Aeroccino frother separately.
