As most of you know by now, I’m setting off for Tokyo tomorrow for about 8 days in all, where hopefully I’ll be able to complete the itinerary that we set out to achieve. Besides visiting Kyoto and Tokyo Disneyland, I’ll also be hitting the shops. More specifically, brands that are otherwise not available anywhere else or which are much cheaper, including Burberry Black Label, Burberry Blue Label, Comme des Garçons (little birds have been telling me it is so much cheaper over there), and Porter Yoshida.
I’m also looking forward to having at least one meal at Beige, also unofficially referred to as Chanel’s only fine-dining restaurant in the world, housed within Chanel’s Ginza building. Cafe & Meal MUJI is also on my hit list, where delectable meals are served at affordable prices.
Most, if not all the designer flagship stores in Tokyo are also on my must-visit list, if only to admire their gorgeous facades which are unique to Japan and should make for an interesting experience.
I’ll be ‘exploring’ Tokyo with the S/S11 Burberry Explorer Leather Tote, which isn’t even available in stores yet. So yes, besides being on a holiday, I’ll also be ‘working’ and giving this handsome tote a thorough review when I get back.
And if there is anything else I missed out on what I should eat, do or see in Tokyo, please leave a comment here and let me know all right? Sayonara!
