Richly detailed with a dash of oomph, the Fall-Winter 2010 Womens Mulberry ad campaign (featuring models Hanne Gaby Odiele, Abbey Lee Kershaw and shot by Steven Meisel) projects exactly what I feel about Mulberry right now: a label that’s becoming more established as the go-to brand for bags and accessories that are fun, hip and now.
Case in point? The classic Mulberry Bayswater given an all-over leopard makeover. How much you ask? SGD4360.
The achingly hip hit is up next, which I’m pretty sure single-handedly turned the brand around and made fashionistas the world over drool like an infant baby.
If plain leather is just too staid for you, then check out the Mulberry Alexa which will debut for F/W10 in quilted denim (SGD2190). And that’s not all. Those looking for something different can also check out the new Mulberry Alexa Hobo which retails for SGD2490 each.
And last but not least, a new addition to the Mulbery family, the Mulberry Greta Tote which will come in 2 sizes and retails for SGD1690 and SGD2490 respectively. While I’m not exactly loving the Furla-esque tassel, it’s something that can be easily overlooked given the fact that its gorgeous cracked lambskin leather body more than makes up for it.

It is slightly cheaper buying online but you cannot choose the bag you want. As Mulberry leather bags have unique grains, it is difficult to assure you get one that suits you. Unless you don’t care if it is grainy or smooth but just want to save some money.
Hope this helps.
Agreed! Thanks for dropping by Jin!
Does anyone know if it’s cheaper to purchase bags directly from mulberry online instead of the sg boutique? thnx in advance!
Coincidentally, I just bought my first (ever!) leopard print item today!
I love the look, but I’ve never been bold enough to wear it. Today, I took the plunge!
Hobo is ugly… cut and paste Alexa clutch onto a bag
their ad campaign screams FUN FUN FUN! *thumbs’ up*
i am liking the Greta bag. Seems understated classy to me. Plus, I love the fact that we share the same name!
Taking the plunge perhaps?
