Those who know me personally will know that when it comes to clothes, I’m pretty much a fuddy-duddy. I don’t like chasing trends, and as much as possible, try to dress as sensibly as I can especially given the type of weather we get here in Singapore. Once in a while I’ll go mad and splurge on something really bright, but thankfully that only happens once in a while.
And this is perhaps why I’m enjoying the Spring-Summer 2010 Mens Dior Homme collection so much. And while there are deep v-necked vests and flowing cardigans in the lineup this season (which I choose to block out mentally), I do like the ensemble shown above.
No way in hell I’ll wear a sheer shirt, but I do love the pants.
Other images I gleaned from the press kit include these backstage snapshots, which is an interesting behind-the-scenes look at the goings-on before the runway show starts.
To accompany my outfit of choice, I wouldn’t mind these lovely accessories and footwear either. Perhaps it is indeed time to head on down to Dior at ION Orchard and give the collection a proper once-over. And if you’re wondering why I did not feature any bags from the S/S10 collection here, let’s just say they didn’t make the cut for me.
