Catalog Magazine May 2009

I kept forgetting to put this up, and before my editor gives me the boot, here’s CATALOG once again. In case you missed it at the shops, look harder, CATALOG has gone small and the May 2009 (#55) limited edition is A5 in size. And that’s not all, when you fiddle around with the cover sleeves it actually ‘tranforms’ into a handy clutch bag. I’m not kidding!

In this month’s issue I give you a to-do checklist that guarantees getting exactly what you want during the upcoming Great Singapore Sale. Fun! And that’s not all, there is also a clutch bag design contest going on now that wins you a cool hamper. Double fun!

Hi ladies, if you are looking for free copies, I saw them Agnès b. Raffles City Shopping Centre and most Topshop boutiques…

hmm..so where can i find this wonderful book in SG?

  • From The Bagaholicboy That Hails From Singapore says:

Of course I am not… everyone should have their own opinion and I aim to be all-inclusive…

Glad you are not offended. *smile smile* Still my favourite bag blog ok!

I understand that it takes two hands to clap, i also understand that most S’porean shoppers irk the hell outta the SAs, but seriously i have not witness any rude / insulting S’porean shoppers so far. But i have experienced SAs asking me (not the nice way) if i’m from China because of my fair complexion.

Not that coming from China is wrong or anything, but it feels uncomfortable when you get asked the same question 9 out of 10 times when you shop.

    Sigh.

  • From The Bagaholicboy That Hails From Singapore says:

None taken! Put it this way, many Singaporean shoppers are generally rude and insulting to all service staff, so why not be nice first and then reap the karma from it?

  • Dusty Bunny says:

Most S’porean SAs irk the hell outta me.

No offence, though your article on making the lists is helpful, it seems to suggest to shoppers that we should win the hearts of the SAs first, before they win our hearts, along with our money.

I wonder why everytime I went to Singapore I never see this magazine before?
It’s so hard to get a copy even in a large bookshop like Popular, Harris or even Borders.
May I know where can I get a copy?
