As we all know, not all bags shown during runway shows make it into final production, and those featured here in this post are the ones that made the final cut. I adore the large check pattern for some of Burberry Prorsum’s new bags, including the totes (shown above and below). Over-dyed cotton canvas in Olive makes up most of the bag, with leather trim in Black, drawing inspiration from the brand’s rich military heritage.
I’m pretty sure the Burberry Prorsum Canvas Check Tote Bag also made an appearance on the runway show, isn’t it gorgeous? And because it is not all-leather, it is most likely I can probably afford it. The fact that the handle drop is generous also makes sense, no one wants to hand carry anything all day. And it even has a adjustable shoulder strap, which gives the user an additional option. I like!
The one in all-leather ain’t bad too, the Burberry Prorsum Large Satchel Holdall, but it’s just not me. And as you can tell by now, the palette for the collection includes colours like Tan, Chocolate, Stone, Sand, Bark and Mushroom.
But the pièce de résistance of this entire collection has got to be this gorgeous tote in alligator, which is probably going to cost a small fortune. I do not have the exact prices in SGD yet for any of the bags featured above, so stay tuned for more updates. And click here if you want to see more.
