New for Spring is the Mulberry Bayswater in Pink, which will set you back by about SGD1500 or so. I like it when iconic bags are given a ‘new look’, as it keeps them relevant and fresh. For the brands, it could be their attempt to make us buy another bag in a different colour, or attract those who wanted a shade they could not get the first time round.
Either way it works, because we get more varities to choose from, so long as they don’t get slapped with the ‘limited edition’ tag and get priced to cost as much as your college education.
Some examples of ‘new’ bags include the Fendi Patent Leather B Bag in Turquoise, Louis Vuitton Monogram Watercolor Speedy35 (for the ladies) and the new Louis Vuitton Damier Lune and Damier Graphite collections (for the guys).
