As if 6 annual collections weren’t enough for the Chanel fangirl to keep up with, Karl Lagerfeld has unveiled two additional capsule collections, Coco Neige and Coco Beach for 2018. And while the former is geared toward ski and winter wear, the latter will have a stronger focus on beachwear and swimwear, with a curated selection of RTW and accessories that’s perfect for wearing and carrying to the beach, seaside resorts, and literally all around Singapore’s one and only season, summer.

What’s interesting is that the collection will not be readily available across all Chanel boutiques worldwide, but only in 26 niche stores that are located near seaside locations, including Singapore’s very own Marina Bay Sands (because you know, it’s near a body of water). You can expect everything from bikinis and swimsuits, to espadrilles and even bags that come in bright, summery hues of pink and red.

Starting with bags, there are two which come in a familiar hand-painted quilted motif set in a black, pink or red coloured body. The seamen’s duffle in printed denim with calfskin trim (SGD5200) comes in a bright red, while the top-handled tote in printed denim with calfskin (SGD5290) comes in a feminine pink that’s equally cute. Both bags are sizeable pieces that will fit just about all you need for that weekend staycation or even on days when you need to carry a tad bit more.

As for those that prefer something smaller, that’s where these adorable pouches (SGD1240) come in. And to complete that perfect summer outfit, there are also matching espadrilles (SGD890) which will work equally well at the beach or out on the streets. Just keep a look out for the launch which will happen on 26 June 2018 over at Chanel MBS.
