If you’re having a rather slow week at work (and really not in the mood with the holidays just around the corner), here’s some great news to perk you up. Chanel’s boutique at Marina Bay Sands, which has just undergone a major transformation, has now reopened after months of extensive renovations.

So what can you expect from the new store? Well, for one, the two-storey boutique is now even bigger, covering some 9,200 square feet, also making it the largest in Southeast Asia. To start your experience on the right foot, you enter via the entrance at Bay Level (Level 1) where the season’s best are on display. And because it’s all about the Cruise 2018 collection now, you can expect to see all the glamorous golden pieces inspired by ancient Greece.

Then there’s the lineup at the boutique that is also the most inclusive to date. On the Galleria Level (Basement 1), you’ll find everything from leather goods to costume jewellery and RTW pieces, as well as fragrances, fine jewellery, high jewellery and watches displayed side by side, the first (and only) Chanel boutique in Singapore to do so within a single space.

Another area worth making a trip down for? The beautiful RTW private salons which feature an antique fireplace, contemporary artworks and tweed sofas, drawing similarities from Gabrielle Coco Chanel’s very own Parisian apartment on Rue Cambon. The salons provide the perfect space for shoppers to try on pieces and take loads of selfies in private as they decide what to bring home with them.

And when you’re done at the store, you can also hop over to Chanel’s beauty boutique situated right next door on the Galleria Level, where even more beauty treats from fragrances to skincare await you.
