Chanel La Crème Main

For someone who constantly battles with fingertips that are always dry (you know, chapping and dryness), especially when I’m overseas during the colder seasons, this new hand cream, Chanel’s La Crème Main, is a godsend. Besides keeping your fingers well-nourished, this little wonder also promises to beautify, which is the least I can do for my hands since I’ve been ‘abusing’ them so much lately, from the frequent hand model stints in my recent #FEMALExBB print collaboration to the video that we made to celebrate the #HermesMaison exhibition.

Velvety-smooth, the luscious hand cream contains extracts from iris pallida, as well as May rose, harvested from the Chanel’s Pégomas gardens in Grasse. But what really made me a true fan is the packaging, all contained within an ergonomically-shaped egg that’s not only adorable, it is small enough to simply pop into your bag on your way out, without dealing with the regular bottles/tubes that are ungainly to look at. Priced at SGD85 for a 50 ml ‘egg’, you can pick it up from Chanel’s Fragrance & Beauty boutiques and counters across the island from 20 October 2017.

Hi, I loved your post! Do you know if this product was tested on animals? I emailed PETA and they said that Chanel used to be cruelty-free but they aren’t anymore. Apparently, they test some products on animals. I would love to buy this hand cream but I’m a little concerned about it. Kisses!
