If you’re all about Chanel and granny chic is your thing, then might I turn your attention to this pair of bags from the French luxury label’s Fall-Winter 2017 collection? Looking like something your Grandmother would have knitted whilst sitting in her rocking chair watching Wheel of Fortune, both bags are 95% knit, with a sprinkling of leather for the slings and some metal for the hardware.

Measuring 23 cm by 22 cm for the backpack and 29 cm by 14 cm for the Flap Bag, both are now available at Chanel boutiques at Marina Bay Sands and Takashimaya Shopping Centre, where they are priced at SGD8190 and SGD8680 respectively. Whoever said old isn’t gold (or expensive) hasn’t seen these bags yet.
