Bagaholicboy Muses #440 – Bags For Chinese New Year/Valentine’s Day Featuring Olga
After her first appearance on the blog some months back, local fashion darling Olga is back with a guest appearance, this time modelling my picks for Lunar New Year and/or Valentine’s Day, or really, any occasion that calls for a bag in orange, pink and red.
On the left we’ve got the Burberry Blaze, the British house’s bag of the season, which comes in many different variations, from vinyl and exotic snakeskin to metallic leather and duchess satin. Well-proportioned and roomy, some of the models come with an added treat.
Look inside and you’ll find a pair of SLGs, a round coin purse as well as a small zip-around wallet. Prices start from SGD3195 and go all the way to SGD7795 for the one in full metallic python.
And on the right, my favourite pair of Mini Sacs from Louis Vuitton, the Monceau BB and the Alma BB, both in hard-wearing, yet beautiful Epi leather. Cradled in Olga’s arm is the Monceau BB , a shrunken briefcase-style bag that’s part-satchel and all-adorable. In her hand, the lovely Alma BB (SGD1780), an icon in her own right that’s now small enough to be a great weekend sling as well.
