Burberry Prorsum Blaze In Metallic Python And Vinyl
Because of Burberry’s dominance as far as most everything online is concerned, what was just shown on the runway on Monday can now be purchased today. And besides the cropped bomber jackets and adorable capelets that will do very well even in our climate, here’s the season’s signature bag that can be yours in 8 weeks tops.
Simply known as the Blaze, the ones that had everyone at the show leaning in for a closer look were these: in vinyl and trimmed with metallic python leather. Measuring 43 cm by 21 cm from end to end, it’s a stunning mix of casual luxe and detailed craftsmanship, with enough exotic python on it to make a small clutch and then some.
And that’s not all. Something which I only discovered after the show was the fact that each bag also came with 2 additional SLGs on the inside, which can be used with the bag, or separately, of course. One’s a small zipped wallet, the other a round coin purse, both of which will come in the same matching hues as the bag.
Retailing for SGD5795 a pop, the Burberry Prorsum Blaze in vinyl/python is available in 9 different colour combinations including Cadmium Red, Teal Blue and Purple Heather which are shown here. Besides this variation, there are also more in duchess satin, graphic checks and full exotic python (prices start from SGD3195), which I’ll leave you to check out on your own.

way too much for a plastic bag, because from afar people won’t notice the python, just the vinyl, like those Jil Sander bags… but surely this bag is a conversation starter…

i may not agree with the transparent ones (i like the checked ones more), but if you look at it from the whole perspective of the collection, along with the transparent capelets and the fact that it is a s/s13 presentation, it does make sense.
