Hermès Tourbillon de Couleurs Bracelet
We all remember friendship bands growing up. Tirelessly woven strand by strand for those who matter, we all received them as a token of friendship.
And while the Hermès Tourbillon de Couleurs Bracelet isn’t exactly the same thing, they do resemble friendship bands, each more colourful than the next. Available in a myriad of prints and colours, they were created to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Hermès’ online site.
What’s more, each silk bracelet comes with its very own palladium plated medallion, and there are also a few designs available. Besides the one with the horse medallion here (which one has to buy online via Hermès), there is also a medallion in the form of a riding boot that’s only available in Paris.
Priced at USD115/EUR92 each, part of the fun is hunting down different bracelets (which I did, amassing 11 in 3 short days), tied on your wrist alongside your CDC or KDT. Or give them away as gifts, because that’s what friends are for.

The French ones are from 24 Faubourg. I’ve got them in Black and Yellow.
The US ones are White (with a tad of blue), Pink and Orange.

The one in the US online site is white/blue. Yellow/black is the one I got from the Paris store, there’s no link, sorry.

I have just bought one too. Instead of just having it as a keepsake, is it possible to wear them around the wrist? Do you know the right way of wearing or securing it? Seems like tying shoelaces around our wrist.
Just loop it around your wrist a couple of times and tie a knot. Or get creative. You could also use it as a necklace/choker as well.
