Leghilà Beach Bag
If I was ever looking for a fun tote that’s also as light as a feather (well, almost) for days when I need something roomy for say, the beach, or gym, or even to lug laundry to the dry cleaners, this could possibly be it. Measuring 37 cm by 40 cm, the Leghilà Beach Bag is made of scuba neoprene, which makes it durable as well. And if it gets dirty, just throw it into the washing machine and it’ll come out as good as new.
Available in a variety of dual colours over at Doorstep Luxury, the best thing about it is perhaps the price, which comes in at SGD250 a pop. You just need to decide which colour you want.

hmm i dunno why but i’m not feeling it for this one as much as you BB… i mean, it is low maintenance and clean on the aesthetic details (which always go down well with me), but right off the bat on the pic there’s already some details to the bag that kinda irk me.
- it would be unfair to give Celine a patent on the use of dual-tones on cabas/shopping-bag-style bags, but with even the stitching of the handles near identical, it’s hard to not draw comparisons.
- neoprene is hardy and washable, but it struggles to retain shape (esp after wash).. and i’m not so sure i like the clean color-contrasts on the bag with the slight curves.
- seriously, i would think twice/thrice on spending 250 bucks for a neoprene bag.
but despite my misgivings, it would look best on a sunny beach (esp. this shade of yellow), and would add style points to anyone with it. yes, even on the (unfortunate) geeky boyfriend holding it for his girlfriend.

I purchased this bag immediately after reading about it here, and it just arrived! It’s quite pretty, but I was hoping that the material would be more rubbery. Oh well, still a great find. Thanks for featuring/recommending it!
