Coach + James Nares Collection
I have two things to say about the new upcoming Coach + James Nares collection. Firstly, even though this collaboration collection of totes will only be available in Singapore and Hong Kong from May 2012, it’s never too early considering the fact that most everyone out there appreciates knowing about it earlier, so as to start saving for it if need be.
Secondly, Coach should have more collaboration collections because they’re clearly on a roll as far as these are concerned, and after the success of the Coach + Hugo Guinness collection (which I loved to bits), this one will be another hit for sure.
Featuring the brushstroke paintings of artist James Nares, there will be a total of 5 different colours in the collection, each beautifully represented on the double-layered Italian canvas body and trimmed with a tanned leather base, as well as contrasting vachetta leather handles and strap. It’s roomy and solidly built, and I can see both the guys and the gals using this one, be it for work (think creative industries) or play.
Still not convinced? Here’s another in Salt/Navy, and there will be more variants, in Salt/Orange, Salt/Pink and my personal favourite, Black/Gold, which from what I’ve seen is absolutely gorgeous.
Priced at SGD1160 (or HKD6750 if you’re located in Hong Kong), there will only be 175 bags made in each colour, which ups the ante that little bit more. Beautiful, functional and limited edition. Which is just the way I like it.

I need this! How to get hold of one? (FB)
Gorgeous totes that are so un-Coach if you know if you what I mean. They should be doing more bags like these I agree.
Hi BB! It’s lovely! Would you know if the US will be getting it earlier? Thanks!
It should be around the same time if I’m not wrong.
The bags are ready to order!! At least they are in the States. I have mine safely in the shop, waiting to be collected and my lovely friend offered to help me to place other orders, just in case someone else is sharing our enthusiasm.
I really like this. Really.
Too big for me… too bad…
