Louis Vuitton Serengeti Sandals

If you’re looking for a pair of leather sandals that literally flat-packs into what looks like a sheet of die-cut leather, then check out this pair of mens sandals (officially known as the Serengeti Sandals) from Louis Vuitton’s S/S12 collection. Priced at SGD1260 a pair, you literally put your foot on the insole and start buttoning it up till it looks (and fits) like a sandal.

I haven’t tried it out myself though, so I can’t say how comfortable it actually is, but the bigger question should be this. Would you even fork out so much for what’s basically a pair of basic leather sandals?

And in case anyone’s eyeing the varsity jacket Kim Jones sent down the runway, it’s also available now in Singapore at SGD3800 a pop. Tried that one, and boy, was it divine.
