Loewe Masters Of Leather Collection
For those of you based in Hong Kong, or who will be heading over there from 8 October to 13 October 2011, you’re in for a visual treat.
To celebrate Loewe’s mastery in leather, the brand commissioned British artist Robert Clarke who spent time exploring Loewe’s workshops in Spain. The end result? A beautiful leather-bound hard cover book filled with modern illustrations called Masters Of Leather.
And from today till 13 October, you’ll be able to catch the massive exhibition at The Landmark, with blown-up imagery of Clarke’s work, as well as master craftsmen flown in especially from Spain for this celebration.
That’s not all. To celebrate the launch of the book, a new, limited edition collection of bags and SLGs will be available for sale to the public, including this gorgeous, brightly-hued Amazona that will retail for HKD21,900.
Another size, the Amazona28 wil retail for HKD12,900. The Flamenco, in different bright hues (click here to see the snapshot) will also be available and priced at HKD17,900 a pop. Singapore will get some as well, but I’ll do an update again when the time comes.
Bright, bold and beautiful. Just the perfect combination for those looking for a fresher, younger take on the iconic Amazona.

aren’t those so perfect for the upcoming CNY?
Oh yes they are!
Hi when will these bags be in stores?
They are already available (and almost sold out) in Singapore. Have a look before they are all gone!
I love the Amazona.
Hi Bagaholicboy and Loewe fans, I’m thinking of getting myself a black Loewe Amazona for work. Am currently in San Francisco for the holidays and wondering what’s the best and cheapest way to get myself an Amazona? Eg. Buy it at SFO DFS, Changi Airport T2, or simply pick it up from SG retail outlet. Appreciate your advice.
If you’re looking for the cheapest way out of the 3 you listed, getting it in the States would be much better given the exchange rate.
