3.1 Phillip Lim Croc-Effect Pashli Satchel
Still slightly smitten with that sexy satchel (say that really fast 10 times) from 3.1 Phillip Lim which I blogged about back in August, here’s another variation I spotted online today. Exactly the same as the former, but with a twist. Instead of grained leather, this version comes with croc-effect calf leather, made more stunning by the simple yet graphic use of colours like chalk and grey.
Measuring 37 cm by 29 cm, this tote is a good size for work, big enough for a 13″ MacBook Pro and/or the iPad. It’s also quite affordable, coming in at around SGD1650 or so if you get it online at Net-A-Porter, almost the same price as the regular leather ones.
And if you’re looking for something much smaller, then check out the Pashli Mini Satchel online over at Saks Fifth Avenue where it retails for around SGD1000. Adorable, if you ask me.

Would be perfect if it came with a sling. I love the look but cant imagine hand carrying it the entire time.
That’s true, but it was probably left out to avoid messing too much with the aesthetic of it all.
There are people carrying the Pashli to classes in my school. Love the bag and how it looks, but can’t imagine the hassle of holding the bag and books in your hands at the same time.
