Unless you’ve been in fashion exile all this while, you would have probably heard of the new Club21 Mobile App which was launched recently. Having just downloaded it myself today (just search for Club21 in the App Store), it’s a treasure trove of information, from location maps to opening hours of all the brands under the group’s banner.
In other words, it’s a must-have for all discerning fashionistas.
Here’s something else to rejoice over. In celebration of Goldheart’s 37th anniversary, they are accepting trade-ins of wedding bands (whether they are from Goldheart or not does not matter) with no depreciation whatsoever. In other words, you’re being encouraged to renew your wedding vows with Goldheart leading the way in spreading the message of love.

The wait is almost over. H&M Singapore officially opens her doors on 3 September 2011 at 11 in the morning, and the first 300 in the queue will receive a SGD20 H&M gift voucher each, guaranteed to make waking up early in the morning and standing in line all the more sweet.
And that’s not all. If you’re really, really early and manage to be the one of the first 5 in the queue, you get a SGD250 gift card instead. Now that’s surely worth waking up really early for.
Why would a happily married couple (hence, wanna renew vows) trade-in the rings that symbolise their vows to begin with? Buy new ones to renew vows with by all means, but getting rid of the old ones just seems wrong somehow… hmm…
Well, for practical reasons, I know my parents don’t wear their wedding bands any more, and it serves no purpose lying in their cupboards collecting dust. So it’s a good way to get new bands with the old ones. I might bring my folks down and get new rings for them to celebrate their 30th anniversary this year.
I think modern couples re-new vows because of numerous reasons, the birth of a new baby, receiving keys to a new home, celebrating a 5-year milestone etc… and every phase in a couple’s life together brings new reasons to celebrate or re-live the wedding day memories again.

I went to the Goldheart in Mid Valley and they told me there is no such trade-in.

Giddy with delight that I have 24/7 access to my Club 21 account in the palm of my hands! The “augmented reality” store locator feature is pretty special. Literally helped me plan out an afternoon’s worth of shopping by just standing on Orchard Road and scanning the surroundings with my iPhone camera. User friendly interface, informative, and to top it all off – stunning to look at!
