Mulberry Polly Push Lock
Besides being featured prominently in the Fall-Winter 2011 Womens Mulberry ad campaign, Mulberry Polly Push Lock in Midnight (shown above) gained overnight fame the moment Kate Middleton (or Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, if you’d prefer) was spotted carrying it during her official visit to Canada.
The middle child of the trio of bags from the Polly Push Lock family, the bag measures 34 cm by 30 cm, the perfect size if your agenda of the day includes state visits. Or if you’re not royalty, it will also work equally well for work or play.
Kate used her bag without the shoulder strap, which would have made it look too casual in my opinion. Still, as far as commoners are concerned, it will come in handy when you need to be handsfree. Pricing wise, it is pretty reasonable too, coming in at under SGD1700, which isn’t bad for a bag that’s made of grained leather, one that’s tough and able to stand almost all types of abuse.
